The Carrier Dome is seeking experienced Guest Service Team Members for the following part-time / seasonal positions for the 2012-13 Season.
Provide assistance to guests in each section as well as watching over to ensure the safety of fans. Ushers are expected to interact with guests, and be able to provide assistance to anyone that might require assistance, whether it be finding their seat location, trouble with other fans, or directions in and around the stadium. Excellent customer service skills are required.
Greet guest as they present their ticket for the game. They will scan each ticket as the fans enter the stadium assuring they have the appropriate ticket.
Friendly and knowledgeable Guest Service representative are available to assist with all questions, problems, and any other game day situations. Guest Services representatives are available to help our guests with directions and individual concerns to ensure a pleasant experience at the Carrier Dome.
Licensed with NYS, provide a safe and pleasant environment for all guests. Perform bag checks upon fan entry; assist with undesired behavior, disturbance in the stadium. In all situations, perform duties in a courteous, professional manner.
