Assisted Listening Devices

The Carrier Dome utilizes an assistive listening device system at non-concert events which augments the facility’s public address system for patrons with hearing loss. Patrons may stop by the Guest Service location (lower concourse across from aisle 107), and obtain (at no charge) small, comfortable headsets in order to utilize this system.

The Carrier Dome has one passenger and one service elevator. Both elevators are located in the Southwest corner. The elevator can be accessed at the following locations:
• On the service level down the hallway from Stadium Control
• Lower concourse opposite aisles 103-104
• Upper concourse opposite aisle 304

Entrances (wheel-chair accessible)

There are three wheel-chair accessible entrances: Gate A, C, and G. An elevator is located just behind the Box Office at Gate B, that provides access to the Upper Level.

Gate A, located on the south side of the stadium, has an airlock entrance, and is where a disabled shuttle bus drops off and picks up.

Gate C, located on the northwest corner of the stadium, has an airlock entrance and is near the walkway from the Irving Garage.

Gate G, located on the southeast corner of the stadium (just east of Gate A), has an airlock entrance, and is a location that the shuttle bus picks up.
